Agitation: Stir Thinkbond 942 before application to avoid settling.

Brushing: Normally applied without dilution, but large areas may require MEK dilution for improved flow.

Spraying: Use HVLP gun with 1.5 Bar air-pressure and 1-1.5mm nozzle size, diluted 50-100% v/v.

Roller coating: Dilute to 35-45 seconds on a DIN 4 or Ford 4 cup at 25°C.

Drying: 10-30 minutes at room temperature, or 5 minutes with forced air at ≤100°C.

Layer thickness: 15-25 µm (≥25 µm for severe environments).

Keep container tightly closed and away from heat sources. Storage below 10°C extends shelf life.
