Rubber Tech Vietnam 2024   This is the 2nd time for LoreChem to attend the Rubber show in Vietnam. Release Agent for Rubber Hose Rubber Type   The inner and outer rubber layer material of the general rubber hose is natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber or butadiene rubber; Oil resistant hose adopts neoprene rubber, nitrile rubber; Acid and alkali resistant, high temperature resistant hose using ethylene propylene rubber, fluorine rubber or silicone rubber   How to choose suitable release agent     Advantages of LoreChem release agent     High lubrication, good stripping   The inner wall of the hose is clean and dry   Avoid rubber hose pit, trachoma problems   Note on the use of release agent: 1, Stirring or shaking well before use, so that the precipitation of the resin mixed evenly 2. The surface of the mandrel should be clean and dry before using the release agent 3. Release agent can be sprayed, dipped or rubbed to evenly coat the mandrel surface 4. The release agent tank should be cleaned regularly during production    

The Advantages and Disadvantages of Different Rubber   Natural Rubber (NR)   Advantages: Natural rubber (polyisoprene, NR) has excellent wear resistance, tensile strength and elasticity. It has good adhesion to fabrics and metals and has good low temperature flexibility. Natural rubber is generally resistant to moderate chemicals, alcohols, ketones and aldehydes.   Disadvantages: Natural rubber (polyisoprene, NR) is not suitable for applications involving outdoor exposure (ozone, thermal aging and antioxidant properties). Natural rubber is very resistant to corrosive chemicals, petroleum derivatives, fats and non-polar solvents.   Epdm Rubber     Advantages: EPDM elastomers (ethylene allylene diene monomers) can be used to resist ozone, oxygen, and thermal degradation and are often recommended for outdoor applications. It can show good resistance to water, steam, alkali, acid and oxygen-containing solvents. Epdm rubber has good low temperature flexibility and can be vulcanized with sulfur and peroxide. Disadvantages: EPDM (ethylene allylene diene monomer) is not recommended for applications requiring oil, gasoline, and hydrocarbons resistance. Epdm rubber compression deformation performance is not good, with fabric and metal adhesion is not good.   Fluororubber (FKM)   Advantages: Fluororubber (FKM) is a special elastomer that resists extreme heat, oil, gasoline, hydraulic oil and hydrocarbon solvents. It has good resistance to oxygen, ozone and sunlight, and has good impermeability to gas and steam. Disadvantages: Fluorine rubber is generally not resistant to oxygen-containing solvents, and the performance of tear resistance is relatively poor. The low temperature resistance is not good, generally only to about -25 degrees, the price is expensive.   Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR)   Advantages: For products that require oil resistance, nitrile (butadiene acrylonitrile, BUNAN, NBR) is the polymer of choice. It has excellent resistance to petroleum, gasoline, petroleum-based hydraulic fluids and hydrocarbon solvents. In addition, it provides good resistance to alkalis and acids. Nitrile rubber can be adapted to a wide temperature range. Disadvantages: NBR (butadiene acrylonitrile, BUNAN, NBR) is not recommended for applications where it is exposed to ozone, weathering, heat, and sunlight. It is less resistant to polar solvents such as esters, ketones, chlorinated solvents or nitrocarbons.
