Product Description

Car Interior Trim Adhesive PU Flocking with Abrasion & Water Resistance

Application Field:

This one-component PU adhesive is specially formulated for car interior trim applications, including automotive TPV sealing strip solvent flocking. Suitable for both production line and manual flocking processes, it can be applied via roller coating or brushing methods.

Key Properties:

Excellent abrasion and water resistance
Superior elongation properties that prevent distortion of flocked parts
Environmentally friendly formulation without benzene or aldehyde solvents

Storage Instructions:

For optimal shelf life, keep container tightly closed and store away from heat sources. Storage below 10ºC is recommended to maintain adhesive performance.
