Product Description

The Carbon Fiber Molding Release Agent is a specialized chemical formulation designed to prevent adhesion between carbon fiber products and molds during the manufacturing process. It creates a protective isolation film that ensures clean demolding while preserving product surface quality.

Application Instructions

For optimal results, follow these application steps:

Thoroughly clean the mold surface
Work in a well-ventilated area
Apply release agent to a clean, dry cotton cloth
Gently wipe over approximately 0.5 m² of mold surface
Repeat with overlapping strokes for complete coverage
Allow 15 minutes between coats for film curing
Apply 4 total coats
Allow final cure for 30 minutes at room temperature before molding

Note: Heat curing (15 minutes at 60°C) improves film durability. Reapply single coat when release becomes hesitant.
