Product Description

This solvent-based mold release agent is specifically formulated for the epoxy electrical industry, providing excellent release performance while maintaining a high-quality gloss finish on parts.

Does not transfer to product parts

Eliminates knit lines
Minimal build-up on molds
Produces excellent surface finish

Application Instructions

Thoroughly clean the mold before application
Work in a well-ventilated area
Apply release agent to clean, dry cotton cloth
Gently wipe over mold surface (approx. 0.5 m² area)
Repeat with overlapping strokes for complete coverage
Allow 15 minutes between coats (4 coats total)
Final cure for 30 minutes at room temperature before molding
Heat curing (15 min at 60°C) improves film durability
Reapply single coat when release becomes hesitant
