Product Description

Water-based Release Agent for Carbon Fiber Products Thermosetting Resins - High Dilution

Application Field

This lubricant and release system is specifically designed for the resin concrete industry, demonstrating excellent performance in releasing resin concrete parts. The product can be diluted with solvent for various applications.

Application Instructions

The mold should be thoroughly cleaned before application. All cleaning and release agent application should be performed in a well ventilated area.

Apply Lubekote release agent to clean, dry cotton cloth
Gently wipe over mold surface covering approximately 0.5 m² (vigorous rubbing not required)
Repeat on adjacent area with good overlap for complete coverage
Continue until mold is completely coated
Allow 15 minutes between coats for film curing
Repeat process for total of 4 coats
Allow final film to cure for at least 30 minutes at room temperature before molding (longer cure or heat curing improves durability)

Reapply one coat when release becomes hesitant, following the same application method.
