Semi Permanent Mold Release Agent Water Based For Rubber PP PA TPX EPDM Hose

LubeKote 9830-2 is a polymer microion aqueous dispersion, primarily used for rubber hose PP, PA, TPX, EPDM, iron and other mandrel release applications. It serves as the most economical and safest substitute for traditional solvent lubricants and silicone oil. This product contains no stearic acid, wax or powder, and is mainly used for rubber hose core shaft and outer adhesive anti-stick applications.

LubeKote 9830-2 is a semi-permanent water-based release agent suitable for all rubber products except silicone.

1. Can be used directly or diluted with water depending on production process, compound formula and tape structure for optimal results.

2. Clean and dry previously used lubricants and residual glue before application. Apply using common methods like spraying, scraping, dipping or sweeping. Initial use requires two thin, even coats; once ideal state is reached, one coat suffices.

3. Typical drying time is 10-30 minutes for thin layers, reducible with heat sources or fans. While drying before coating is recommended, many manufacturers wrap immediately without negative effects.

For industrial use only. Avoid prolonged skin contact with high concentrate dilutions. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with copious amounts of water.
