Solvent Based Rubber Mold Release Agent Lubekote TS-55-013

TS-55-013 is a specialized solvent-based release agent formulated as a solid activation agent dispersion. It provides a dry, colorless coating with low friction and excellent mold releasing and anti-tack properties. Ideal for rubber and plastic materials, it enables multiple cycles without product transfer and minimal mold buildup. Also suitable for thermosetting resins including epoxy, polyurethane, and unsaturated resin.

Thoroughly clean the surface. Apply at least two uniform, thin coats at process temperature. Allow short drying time between coats. Reapply light coat as needed to maintain optimal release and lubrication.
