Product Description

Water Based Aerosol Mold Release Agent for Rubber Anti-vibration

Application Field

This aqueous dispersion forms a thin, uniform, colorless layer on mold surfaces with excellent durability and high temperature stability. It promotes rubber flow and is primarily used for shock-absorbing rubber products, rubber hose, latex gloves, transmission belts, and other rubber products. High dilution requires brushing each mold.

Application Instructions

Thoroughly clean the mold before application
Perform cleaning and application in a well ventilated area
Apply a thin coat at process temperature (recommend two initial coats)
Allow short drying time before production
Reapply light coats as needed

Safety Precautions

For industrial use only. Avoid prolonged skin contact with high concentrate dilutions. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with copious amounts of water.
