Solvent Aerosol Mold Release Agent Lubekote 9425

Lubekote 9425 spray can is a solid activated compound (PTFE) dispersion solvent-based release agent/mold protector and lubricant with low friction and excellent release anti-stick properties. This release agent forms a dry, colorless coating primarily used for rubber and plastic materials, offering multiple release cycles without transferring to molded products or accumulating on mold surfaces.

• Dispersion medium: Heptane mixture

• Suitable for all rubber and plastic compounds
• Specifically effective for chloro-sulfonated polyethylene rubber, natural rubber, EPDM, neoprene, fluorine rubber, silicone, and polyurethane
• Clean, colorless, oil-free formulation
• Contains no oils, fats, stearic acids, waxes, or silicon compounds
• No vulcanization required
• Does not transfer to molded products
• Protects molds and fills surface imperfections

Ideal for various elastomers and plastics including:

• CSM, EPDM, FR, HNBR, CR, silicone, polyurethane
• Natural rubber, Styrene-butadiene rubber, thermoplastic elastomer
• Polyurethane compounds, nylon, PVC, ionically bonded compounds, phenolic aldehyde, vinyl, ethyl ester, melamine

For new molds, apply two coats initially. Spray release agent during the first few cycles until the mold reaches ideal condition, after which one application can serve multiple cycles.
