Semi-Permanent Mold Release Agent for Rubber Lubekote 9526H
Lubekote 9526H is a solvent-based release system specifically formulated for rubber and plastic materials, particularly effective with NR, CSM, EPDM, FR, and NBR rubber types. This advanced polymeric resin in a non-chlorinated organic solvent blend offers superior performance in mold release applications.
The mold should be thoroughly cleaned before application. Work in a well-ventilated area and apply a thin coat at process temperature. For initial use, apply at least two coats. After a short drying period, production can commence. Reapply light coats as needed during operation.
For industrial use only. Avoid prolonged skin contact with concentrated solutions. In case of eye contact, immediately flush with copious amounts of water.
