Lubekote Semi-permanent Release Agent for Composite - Easy Application

Lubekote composite release agent is specially formulated for epoxy, polyester, vinyl resin, phenolic resin and other thermosetting resins. This advanced polymeric resin solvent creates a hard, durable film that enables multiple demoulding operations without contaminating the mold surface, particularly effective for products without gelcoat.

The mold should be thoroughly cleaned before application. All cleaning and release agent application should be performed in a well ventilated area.

1. Apply Lubekote release agent to a clean, dry cotton cloth.
2. Gently wipe over mold surface covering approximately 0.5 m² area. No vigorous rubbing or polishing required.
3. Repeat on adjacent areas with good overlap for complete coverage.
4. Continue until entire mold is coated.
5. Allow 15 minutes between coats for film curing.
6. Apply a total of 4 coats following steps 1-5.
7. Allow final film to cure for at least 30 minutes at room temperature before molding. Extended cure time or heat curing (15 min at 60°C) enhances film durability.

Reapply one coat when release becomes hesitant, following the same application method.
