Product Description

Semi-permanent carbon fiber release agent with fast volatilization and excellent surface brightness. Specially formulated for carbon fiber composite materials which combine high hardness with lightweight properties through their unique resin composite structure.

Application Instructions

Thoroughly clean the mold in a well ventilated area
Apply release agent to clean, dry cotton cloth
Gently wipe over mold surface covering approximately 0.5 m² area
Repeat on adjacent areas with good overlap
Allow 15 minutes between coats for film curing
Apply 4 total coats with final cure of 30 minutes minimum
Heat curing (15 min at 60°C) improves durability

Safety Information

For industrial use only. Reapply one coat when release becomes hesitant.
