High Dilution Water-Based Carbon Fiber Release Agent Lubekote 9405

A high-quality release agent is essential in the production process to ensure smooth demolding and flawless product surfaces. Lubekote 9405 is a water-based, high-dilution, environmentally friendly solution suitable for most carbon fiber product demolding applications.

1. Thoroughly clean the mold in a well-ventilated area
2. Apply Lubekote release agent to a clean, dry cotton cloth
3. Gently wipe over mold surface covering approximately 0.5 m² area
4. Repeat on adjacent areas with good overlap for complete coverage
5. Allow 15 minutes between coats for film curing
6. Apply 4 total coats following the same process
7. Allow final film to cure for at least 30 minutes at room temperature before molding

For improved film durability, allow longer cure time or heat cure (15 minutes at 60°C). Reapply one coat when release becomes hesitant.
