High Performance Concrete Release Agent For Electrolytic Cell

This high performance concrete release agent is a lubricant and release system specifically designed for the resin concrete industry. It demonstrates excellent performance in releasing resin concrete parts and can be diluted with solvent.

1. Thoroughly clean the mold before application
2. Perform mold cleaning and release agent application in a well ventilated area
3. Apply Lubekote release agent to clean, dry cotton cloth
4. Gently wipe over mold surface covering approximately 0.5 m² (vigorous rubbing not required)
5. Repeat on adjacent areas with good overlap for complete coverage
6. Allow 15 minutes between coats for film to cure
7. Apply a total of 4 coats
8. Allow final film to cure for at least 30 minutes at room temperature before molding
