Product Description

Semi-Permanent High Brightness Mold Release Agent specially formulated for wind power blade production. Features include no migration, mold cleaning properties, and no interference with secondary product processing.

Applications & Advantages

Primary Applications:

Wind power blades (Lubekote 9023/9072/9071) - Semi-permanent, high brightness, no migration
Blade molds/engine room covers (Lubekote 9043, 9041, 9040) - Low odor, environmentally friendly, cost-effective

Reduces mold wear and tension

Application Instructions

Thoroughly clean the mold in a well-ventilated area
Apply release agent to a clean, dry cotton cloth
Gently wipe over mold surface (0.5 m² area) without vigorous rubbing
Repeat with adjacent areas, ensuring complete coverage
Allow 15 minutes between coats for film curing
Apply 4 total coats
Allow final coat to cure for 30 minutes at room temperature before molding

Note: For hesitant release, reapply one additional coat following the same procedure.
