Product Description

LubeKote 9213 is a polymer resin-based mold release agent specifically formulated for car battery cover production. This non-chlorinated organic solvent mixture creates a durable film layer that ensures consistent release performance without surface contamination.

Application Instructions

Thoroughly clean the mold surface before application
Work in a well-ventilated area
Apply release agent to a clean, dry cotton cloth
Gently wipe over approximately 0.5 m² of mold surface
Repeat with overlapping strokes for complete coverage
Allow 15 minutes between coats (4 coats total)
Final cure for 30 minutes at room temperature before molding

For enhanced durability, heat cure at 60°C for 15 minutes. Reapply single coat when release becomes hesitant.
