Product Description

Solvent Based Mold Release Agent for Epoxy Pipe with Strong Durability and Excellent Releasing Effect

Application Field

A specialized lubricant and release system designed for the epoxy pipe industry, demonstrating exceptional performance in releasing epoxy pipe parts. Can be diluted with solvent as needed.

Application Instructions

The mold should be thoroughly cleaned before application. All cleaning and release agent application should be performed in a well ventilated area.

Apply Lubekote release agent to clean, dry cotton cloth
Gently wipe over mold surface covering approximately 0.5 m² (vigorous rubbing not required)
Repeat on adjacent areas with good overlap for complete coverage
Continue until mold is completely coated
Allow 15 minutes between coats for film curing
Apply 4 total coats following steps 1-5
Allow final film to cure for at least 30 minutes at room temperature before molding (longer cure or heat curing at 60°C improves durability)

Reapply one coat when release becomes hesitant, following the same application method.
