Lubekote Anti-stick Spacer for Rubber Products

Rubber spacer is a film spacer in rubber processing, classified as an operational additive. LubeKote anti-stick Spacer aqueous solution forms a thin isolation film on rubber material surfaces, preventing mutual bonding between films or semi-finished products. It is commonly used in plasticizing, mixing, pressing, and forming processes for raw rubber and rubber materials to prevent adhesion of unvulcanized films during storage.

Suitable for anti-stick isolation processes with various raw and synthetic rubbers, as well as release processes for high-pressure hose extrusion.
