Product Description

A concentrate release system designed for the polyurethane industry, specifically formulated for releasing polyurethane rollers and castors with excellent performance.

Application Instructions

Dilute product with recommended solvents (naphtha or heptane) to 10-30 parts solvent ratio
Thoroughly clean mold surface before application
Apply at least two uniform, thin coats at process temperature
Allow short drying time between coats
Reapply light coat as needed to maintain optimal release and lubrication

Safety Precautions

For industrial use only. Avoid prolonged skin contact with concentrated solutions. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with copious amounts of water. Protect product from freezing temperatures.
