Our Mold Release Agent LubeKote 9129 is specifically formulated for CPU (Cast Polyurethane) wheel molds, providing excellent compatibility and consistent performance. The clear liquid formulation ensures easy application and maintains the visual quality of finished CPU wheels.

Application Instructions

Dilution and Mixing: Prepare by adding solvent (naphtha or heptane) at a 10-30 parts solvent to product ratio for optimal performance.

Mold Preparation: Ensure mold surface is thoroughly cleaned and free of debris before application.

Application: Apply minimum two thin, even coats at process temperature. Allow brief drying time between coats.

Maintenance: Reapply light coats as needed to maintain release performance.

Packaging & Shipping

Available in 20L and 200L containers. Shipped by sea or air freight.
