Solvent-based release agent specifically formulated for PU bicycle seat manufacturing, providing excellent surface finish and demolding performance.

Application Instructions

Thoroughly clean the mold before application
Perform cleaning and application in a well-ventilated area
Apply a thin coat at process temperature (recommend at least two initial coats)
Allow short drying time before production
Reapply light coats as needed during production

For industrial use only. Avoid prolonged skin contact with concentrated solutions. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with copious amounts of water.
