Product Description

Solvent Liquid Anti-wood Furniture Release Agent Lubekote 9701

Introduction

Lubekote 9701 is formulated as a solvent-based dispersion of waxes and lubricating agents, most commonly used in polyurethane, especially for cast foam.

Application Instructions

Before application, the mold surface must be clean and free of any release agent. Ensure that the mold is dry and all solvents have flashed off before injection.

Stir before use
Dilute 9701 in white spirit or heptane before use
Apply to mold surfaces preferably by spraying
Only a thin dry film is required
For initial application, 2-3 coats are recommended
Optimal performance at demolding temperature 30-60°C

Safety Precautions

For industrial use only
Avoid prolonged skin contact with high concentrate dilutions
If accidental splashes occur in eyes, wash immediately with copious amounts of water
