About Slush Molding Process

Slush molding, also known as coating molding, is a process for creating hollow products. This method is commonly used to manufacture hollow soft products like toys and car dashboards. Key advantages include low equipment costs, high production speed, and simple process control, though it offers less precision in product thickness and weight consistency.

The process involves pouring plastic paste (typically polyvinyl chloride/PVC) into a heated hollow mold. The paste gels against the mold's inner wall, forming the product shape. Excess material is poured out, and the remaining gel is melted and cooled before demolding.

Application Instructions

Thoroughly clean the mold before application
Perform cleaning and application in a well-ventilated area

For industrial use only. Avoid prolonged skin contact with concentrated solutions. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with copious amounts of water.
