Lubekote 9020B is a lubricant and release system specifically designed for the polyurethane industry, demonstrating excellent performance in releasing polyurethane rollers and castors. This concentrate product can be diluted with solvent for optimal application.

Application Instructions

Dilute the product with recommended solvents (naphtha or heptane) to achieve suitable solid content, typically at a 10-40 parts solvent ratio. Ensure thorough stirring after adding solvent. Clean the mold surface completely before applying at least two uniform, thin coats at process temperature. Allow proper drying time between applications and reapply light coats as needed to maintain optimal release and lubrication.

For industrial use only. Avoid prolonged skin contact with high concentrate dilutions. In case of accidental eye contact, rinse immediately with copious amounts of water.
