Product Description

Solvent Release Agent for CPU China Manufacture Bright/Matte Finish

Application Field

This lubricant and release system is specifically designed for the polyurethane industry. It demonstrates excellent performance in releasing various PU foams (except flexible), including rigid foam, integral skin foam, and elastomer. The product comes as a concentrate that can be diluted with solvent.

Application Instructions

Thoroughly clean the mold before application
Perform mold cleaning and release agent application in a well-ventilated area

Reapply light coats as needed during production

Safety Precautions

For industrial use only. Avoid prolonged skin contact with high concentrate dilutions. In case of accidental eye contact, rinse immediately with copious amounts of water.
