Polyurethane High Pressure RTM Car Battery Case Mold Release Agent

This specialized mold release agent is designed for all types of polyurethane automobile battery cases, with exceptional performance in high pressure RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) processes. It forms an inert coating between the mold and finished product, facilitating easy removal while enhancing the product's wear resistance, scratch resistance, and surface finish.

For optimal results, follow these application steps:

• Begin with a thoroughly cleaned mold in a well-ventilated area
• Apply Lubekote release agent to a clean, dry cotton cloth
• Gently wipe over mold surface covering approximately 0.5 m² area
• Repeat on adjacent areas with good overlap for complete coverage
• Continue until entire mold surface is coated
• Allow 15 minutes between coats for film curing
• Apply a total of 4 coats for best results
• Allow final film to cure for at least 30 minutes at room temperature before molding

Note: For improved durability, heat curing (15 minutes at 60°C) is recommended. Reapply one coat when release becomes hesitant.
