Product Description

This specialized mold release agent is designed for polyurethane automobile battery cases, particularly optimized for high pressure RTM processes. It forms an inert coating between the mold and finished product, facilitating easy removal while enhancing surface quality and durability.

Application Instructions

For optimal results, follow these steps in a well-ventilated area:

Thoroughly clean the mold surface
Apply release agent to a clean, dry cotton cloth
Gently wipe over approximately 0.5 m² of mold surface
Repeat with overlapping strokes for complete coverage
Allow 15 minutes between coats (4 coats total)
Final cure for 30 minutes at room temperature (or 15 min at 60°C for enhanced durability)

Note: Reapply single coat when release becomes hesitant.
