Prepare a suitable dilution of the product by adding a solvent, such as naphtha or heptane, to achieve the desired solid content. The recommended dilution ratio is typically 10-30 parts of solvent to the product, ensuring optimal performance.
Prior to application, ensure the mold surface is meticulously cleaned and free from any debris or residue.
Apply a minimum of two thin and even coats of the release agent onto the mold surface, ensuring uniform coverage. It is best to apply the coats at the process temperature for optimal results. Allow a brief drying time to ensure proper adhesion and effectiveness.
To maintain the desired level of release and lubrication, reapply a light coat of the release agent at the process temperature when necessary.
For enhanced results, consider adjusting the number of coats applied based on the specific requirements of your CPU wheel manufacturing process. Achieve the desired release and lubrication by applying multiple thin coats rather than just two coats.
