The Lubekote 9120M is a water-based release agent specifically formulated for polyurethane shoe soles, offering excellent demoulding performance while being environmentally friendly.

Can be diluted multiple times without compromising performance
Minimizes mold contamination
Provides glossy or matte surface finish options

Application Instructions

Thoroughly clean the mold before application
Stir the release agent well before use
For shoe sole applications, dilute with 30-50 parts water (deionized water recommended)
Apply a thin coat of Lubekote 9120M
Allow water to evaporate before production begins
