1. Ensure new bladders are clean and free from contaminants
2. Apply release agent onto new bladder before mounting
3. Use light spray for full coverage without excessive quantities
4. Allow coated bladder to dry in clean, dust-free area
5. Heat pre-coated bladder during regular preheating process

1. Reapply release agent when demolding becomes challenging
2. Determine reapplication frequency based on working conditions
