Lubekote 9129 is a high-performance solvent-based polyurethane mold release agent concentrate designed specifically for footwear manufacturing. This formulation offers excellent release properties for PU shoe soles, slippers, sandals, and other footwear applications.

Application Instructions

Dilute the concentrate with recommended solvents (naphtha or heptane) at a ratio of 10-30 parts solvent. Thoroughly clean the mold surface before application. Apply at least two uniform, thin coats at process temperature, allowing proper drying time between applications. Reapply light coats as needed to maintain optimal release performance.

Safety Precautions

For industrial use only. Avoid prolonged skin contact with concentrated solutions. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with copious amounts of water. Protect from freezing temperatures.
