Solvent Based Release Agent for Insulation Material Concentrate

Lubekote release agent is widely used in thermal insulation pipeline, thermal insulation panels, mud board, solar energy, and related applications.

Application Instructions

The mold should be thoroughly cleaned
Mold cleaning and release agent application should be performed in a well ventilated area
Apply a thin coat at process temperature. It is recommended to apply at least two coats initially
After a short drying time, the mold is ready for production
Reapply a light coat when necessary

Safety Precautions

For industrial use only. Prolonged skin contact with high concentrate dilutions should be avoided. Accidental splashes in the eye should be washed out immediately with copious amounts of water.
