Lubekote 9120M-2 is a lubricant and release system specially formulated for polyurethane. It is ideal for shoe sole industries with its high dilution ratio. This water-based formula contains no VOC, making it environmentally friendly, healthier, and easier to transport and store.

The mold should be thoroughly cleaned before application. Stir the release agent well before use. For shoe sole applications, dilute with 30-50 parts water (deionized water recommended). Apply a thin coat of Lubekote 9120M-2 and begin production after water evaporation.
For industrial use only. Avoid prolonged skin contact with high concentrate dilutions. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with copious amounts of water. Protect from freezing temperatures.
